On Wednesday
30th of April 2013, at 12:45 Hamad Al-Muhairbi presened to the
students and Mr. Hedley a presentation about his “Trip to Germany and Austria”.
Hamad went
to Germany for the first time in his life and he stayed there for two weeks. He
went to several places like: Munich, Marienplatz, Maximilianstrasse, and
Garmisch. Abdulrahman al-Junaibi asked: how many hours does the trip take from
Abu Dhabi to Germany? Hamad said that it takes 6 hours from Abu Dhabi to
Germany. He said in Germany it's a bit expensive because people love to buy the
high quality brands; Mohammed Al-Fahim asked: what area do you like in Germany?
Hamad said: he liked Marienplatz because most of the Arabs go there and it’s
easy to communicate with the people.
After Germany
Hamad went to Austria to some place called Zell Am See; he showed us some
pictures about the hotels and the rivers in Zell Am See. Mr. Hedley asked him:
is it cold or hot? Hamad said: it’s cold. He said the people in Zell Am See are
way friendlier and better than the people in Germany.
